 Let Delia Alvarez-Apollo handle the sale of your horse with the care it deserves. Our commission-based model focuses on honest representation and expert marketing, ensuring a seamless, stress-free experience for both horse and owner.  

•  Evaluation and pricing guidance based on market conditions
   
•  Professional photos and videos shared with buyers  
   
•  Advertising across appropriate platforms and networks
   
•  Handling inquiries, scheduling showings, and coordinating trials
   
•  Buyer communication and negotiation support
   
•  Assistance with vetting coordination and paperwork 

•  A commission of 10% of the final sale price. 
   
•  Commission is due within 24 hours after funds are received.
   
•  Commission applies regardless of whether the buyer is introduced directly or indirectly during the listing period. 

• For Delia-Alvarez-Apollo to accept representation of a horse she must evaluate it in person or via virtual trial. NOT ALL HORSES ARE EXCPETED.
   
• If a horse is excepted for representation, all listing of said horse by any other forms via social media, any sales website shall cease immediately. Owner/trainer will notify if the horse was previously listed, how it was listed, and the exact dates.
   
• Delia Alvarez-Apollo will be the exclusive listing agent for said horse.

• Horse must be accurately represented with full disclosure of health, training, and history. 

• Horse must be maintained in good condition during the sales period  

• Final sale price must be approved by the owner
   
•  No guarantees are made regarding sale price or time on market
   
•  Right to refuse buyers at the discretion of the seller/agent if not a suitable match 

•  Commission remains due if the horse is sold to a buyer introduced by Delia Alvarez-Apollo.  
   
•  If the horse is sold by owner or by trainer directly to a client the contract would be terminated with a flat marketing fee of $550.00 being due.
