OPTION #1 Standard

 Our concierge service fee varies based on the purchase price of the horse. The fee, which ranges from 3% to 10%, is usually paid by the seller. If the seller is unwilling to pay the commission, we typically reduce the fee—especially if there are other trainers involved—to ensure it remains cost-effective and helps you obtain the perfect horse or pony.   

For most of our clients we are able to source, vet, and close the purchase in less than 6 months. 

The person who is entering the following information, and acknowledging the contractual responsibility herein; is either the owner, or the authorized "agent" for said horse and has the legal right to represent the "owner" and "horse" presented in this agreement. The full commission fee is only due when said horse is sold and a wire transfer for the horse has been received.

• Scheduling and arranging all standard or paid trials.
• Managing purchase contracts and coordinating shipping/transportation.

Our premier package offers total peace of mind, adding hands-on professional evaluation and dedicated veterinary advocacy to our standard concierge service.

 The fee for this service is 10% of the purchase price of the horse. The funds would be due only when a horse is purchased. To start your search a flat fee of $595.00 would be due. This fee would be refunded when you purchase your perfect horse!  

Note: Client is responsible for all associated travel expenses for in-person evaluations.

•  Includes all standard services: customized sourcing, trial scheduling, price negotiation, contract management, and shipping coordination. 

• Suitability Assessment: A virtual or in-person evaluation of the horse-and-rider match.
• Under-Saddle Testing: For in-person evaluations, we—or one of our trusted partner professionals—will ride the horse to personally assess its temperament, rideability, and way of going.
